Bakers Fair

Exhibitor Information

Bakers’ Fair is the UK’s only regional exhibition dedicated to the craft of bakery, cafes and allied businesses. Over 350 visitors attended the Fair in Manchester in October 2009.

This October’s Fair will be held at Bolton Arena which has great road and rail links.

Why you should exhibit

  • Taking place in the North West, the heartland of British Bakery, Bakers’ Fair is the ideal opportunity to target the core craft bakery market.
  • Benefit from visitorship from the Richemont Club of Great Britain and the National Association of Master Bakers.
  • Get your products and services in front of key decision makers: over two-thirds of visitors from the 2009 show had purchasing authority.
  • A small and productive show designed to deliver maximum business and results from a simple one-day set up.
  • The show will have dedicated coverage in British Baker magazine and online at www.bakersfair.co.uk and www.bakeryinfo.co.uk
  • Timed for visitors' pre-christmas planning.

Sara Reid, Marketing Manager, Rank Hovis, who exhibited in 2009 said:

"It's been very good, and the perfect way for us to launch our new product to a targeted group of bakers. It’s also been a great way to speak to customers in a relaxed environment and tell them more about what we do and the support we give."
