Visitors to Bakers' Fair 2010 at Bolton Arena got the opportunity to see a range of exhibitors under one roof, visitors also picked up business tips and advice from leading industry experts giving stage presentations throughout the day. These included a talk on Dealing with Business Disruption from Mike Holling, Birds of Derby & Chairman of the NAMB and a sandwich demonstration from John Robertshaw from Bako North Western.
The fair also played host to the Richemont Club of Great Britain seventh national competition, which was judged live during the show, with the Live Cake Decoration Challenge drawing a big audience. The President's Challenge Cup was shared by two teams - Linda Connelly and Debbie Grierson from Classic Celebration Cakes and Dave Wilson and Melanie Hughes from Slattery's Patissier & Chocolatier.
