Spring 2011 Competitions
National Association of Master Bakers' Bakery Competition Classes
Bakers' Fair Spring played host to the National Association of Master Bakers' (NAMB) Bakery Competition Classes. There were nine bakery product classes open to all bakers' to enter. In addition, there were three classes held jointly with the National Federation of Meat & Food Traders, where Butchers and Bakers were encouraged to go head to head. The winners' trophies were presented by celebrity Linda Lusardi.
