Due to popular demand, British Baker will once again be running two regional Bakers' Fair events in 2012 (one in the Summer and one in the Autumn), giving bakers around the country a chance to find plenty of inspiration and to feast their eyes on all the exciting new products and equipment being launched in 2012.
The first of these events, Bakers' Fair Summer will take place on Sunday 24th June 2012 at Kempton Park Racecourse, Middlesex.
The Summer event will play host to a range of exhibitors from across the bakery and food-to-go industry who will be showcasing new and existing products and services to help improve product quality and business performance.
There will also be plenty of live activity throughout the day to keep visitors entertained, including a full line up of stage presentations and demonstrations. In addition to this, The National Association of Master Bakers will once again be running their bakery competition classes which will be judged live at the show and are open to all bakers to enter (more information to follow soon!).

What's more, the event will once again be co-located with Meat Trades Journal's Butchers' Fair, so if you make or sell any meat-based products, then you can take a look in for FREE and see how your savoury pies and products measure up.
With a range of exhibitors and plenty of live activity, Bakers' Fair Summer promises to be a great day out for craft bakers, café owners, patisseries and sandwich, cake and coffee shop proprietors looking to learn and be inspired!
