Who should visit?

If you own and operate a bakery, or work for, with or in a bakery, café, patisserie, cake sandwich or coffee shop then this is the Fair for you. It doesn't matter if you bake and produce all of your own range or buy some lines in - there'll be inspiration and ideas to take away and implement in your own business. It's the perfect day out for single owner operators as well as those with a small chain of outlets.
